This transformation follows the dramatic price gains we saw previously, but with demand cooling, rising borrowing costs, and more homes available, many are adjusting their expectations. Some sellers who purchased near the peak are choosing to accept smaller returns\u2014whether to ease carrying costs or simply make a fresh start in the right place. What stands out to me is the willingness of today\u2019s sellers to adapt, making it possible for buyers and sellers alike to find the right fit, even as the market evolves.
